Twenty Fourth Clone

[This post was clearly made accidentally, because the only thing on video is a nice serene beach scene, including the ocean. Nothing much is happening, birds are flying, fish are swimming- but one of them seems to be a little more attention-grabbing. For one, it is bright orange. For another thing, it is very close to the edge of the water, a little too close, in fact, as it starts to flop about, gasping awkwardly.

Sort of sad, isn't it? But he does seem sort of familiar. And his dorsal fins seem to form into some sort of messy style that sort of sticks up and goes all the way down the back of his head. All in all, this strange fish doesn't seem all that powerful, but you never know, do you?]

Magikarp-karp-karp!

[OoC: For anyone that wants to capture him! And definitely open to getting his fish-butt kicked from a random battle.

So, why Magikarp? Well, he's obviously going to be a water-type, and his personality very much fits a Magikarp. And no one respects them, and constantly look down on them, but they shouldn't. Demyx gets 'angry' and Magikarp evolve into Gyrados. And while waterguns in general could describe one of Demyx's attacks, Gyrados' are about the size of his columns.]

Misao wouldn't mind training him! Except she doesn't know how. She's no pokemon trainer today; she's still her usual ninja self.

"Hey, I think I wanna take you home. Lemme just get somethin' to put you in," she tells him. "I'll be back!"

And she zooms off for a while. When she arrives again, she has a basin.

Well damn. Still kind of nice, though. He somewhat understands a little, but droops when she leave. His dorsal fin fans back up again when she returns, and he looks at the basin very curiously. And gaping. After all, he was a fish. "Karp?"

She's kind of used to that gaping expression now.

"Now, how do I get you into this basin . . . Do I just lift you out?"

Maybe he can splash into the basin? But she doesn't know that . . .

He's sort of confused now. Isn't there supposed to be a pokeball involved in all this? He's sure that there is. Not that he'd go down without a fight, although this trainer(?) did seem to be really nice. What was with the basin? "Karp?"

"Guess I'm just gonna left you out."

And after filling the basin with water, she attempts to lift him into it. He's kind of big, though.

As he's lifted he attempts to wriggle out so he can battle appropriately! Except he sort of falls into the basin. Fail. "Ma . . . gi?" Is he already weak from that? Silly low-level pokemon . . .

Misao stares at him as he flops himself into exhaustion, right smack into the basin.

"Well, that's solved. And maybe I'm gonna have to feed ya somethin' decent so that you can be more energetic."

Food? Not a bad deal. He still doesn't get why he's not in a pokeball, but maybe this wouldn't be so bad. "Karp!"

And off Misao carts him to her apartment. Where she'll put him in the bathtub while she shops for a bigger aquarium. Not knowing there'll be a Nobody startled into waking there come midnight.

He'll be a good fishy-pet, if a little excited and messy with the water. The real question is whether or not he'll have his coat on at midnight.

That is a question that Misao would even be shocked to consider. Though the answer may be even more shocking . . .
